While sending your support requests, please briefly describe the issue with the following information;

  • Coin: Include the coin & pool name you are mining.
  • Pool username: Include your registered username in the pool.
  • Description: Please briefly describe the issue you are having.

So a simple ticket would be like this;

  • Coin: EAC
  • Pool username: eacminer
  • Description: My account is locked.
